Award Winning Salsa Recipe

Super Secret Salsa

1 box Pomi chopped tomatoes. Tomatoes in a box.

3-4 fresh red tomatoes.

Any variety you like as long as they are ripe. Cut them into slices and then section them down to pinky finger tip sized bits. Save the juice ! Remove any white icky hard parts from near the core.

Loads of Jalepeno Peppers

(I add a habanera too if I feel spicy). I cut mine up into small pieces half the size of a pencil eraser. I wear a latex/rubber glove on the hand that hold the peppers. I have waken up many night rubbing my eyes in my sleep only to wake up in agony and blindness.

1 half bunch of fresh cilantro

(remove most of stems) chop well, but don't liquify it with the knife. Chop it up semi fine and leave it at that.

2 yummy garlic cloves

crushed and chopped extra fine. Or use a garlic press if you have one and want your hands to stay stinky free. Me, I love the smell on my hands. I feel like that chick on SNL that smells her fingers all the time.

then salt and pepper to taste. Lots of salt. Lots and lots. Salt is so plentiful and easy to mine, why not papmer yourself.

I use fresh cracked black pepper too and I'm not shy with it.

just a few splashes of vinegar. I use white, or what ever I have. Don't matter.

1 Tablespoon cumin. Q-min. I actually use like alot of this.

_________________________________________________

1-2 Teaspoons of paprika or maybe a little more.

If you don't have paprika, you can substitute ground up cloves but it will taste totally weird.

Mix it all up as you go and add the salt a pepper all along the process. Chill overnite for best taste.

Other things I like to throw into the salsa now and then include.

* Black beans ( strained and rinsed )
* Crushed red pepper seed ( xtra heat )
* MSG

Mix up a batch and take to your poker game.
